Biography

Alicia Coppola (born April 12, 1968 in Huntington, Long Island, New York) is an american actress. She earned a bachelor’s degree from New York University in 1990 and had her breakthrough as an actress with the soap opera Another World, where she played Lorna Devon from 1991 to 1994. For this role she won the Soap Opera Digest Award as Outstanding Younger Leading Actress in 1993 and was nominated for the same Award in 1994.

She got guest roles in various shows, for example in Star Trek: Voyager and Chicago Hope before taking on leading roles in the movies Velocity Trap and The Perfect Getaway. From 1998 to 2001 she played principle characters in the (short-lived) TV shows Cold Feet and Bull.

After recurring roles in American Dreams and NCIS Alicia joined the cast of Jericho as the recurring character IRS agent Mimi Clark. Later she became a series regular. In total she participated in 24 of 29 episodes.

Alicia Coppola is not related to Francis Ford Coppola. She is married to the actor Anthony Michael Jones, they have three daughters: Mila Roselena (*August 14, 2002), Esmé Marlena (*November 7, 2008) and Greta Helena (*February 22, 2010).

She’s sister of the film producer Matthew Coppola and cousin of the film producer Denise Di Novi.
